Breathing in, I see all my ancestors in me: my mineral ancestors, plant ancestors, mammal ancestors, and human ancestors. My ancestors are always present,
alive in every cell of my body, and I play a part in their immortality.

Autumn is my favorite time of the year because everything seems crisper, the vibration a little more intense, and the veil between our world and the outer world grows thin.

Dia de Los Muertos is always a meaningful day for me. It is a time when I honor those who came before me and offer healing to those in need. It is also a period when I can assist spirits who desire help moving on to their next journey.

I believe what we now need more than ever is to heal the battles in our minds, bodies, psyches, and lands. The healing needs to be multi-generational from a time beyond when we were not divided and separated by the land's boundaries.

I invite you to join me in November for movement exploration to connect with the wisdom and struggles of our ancestors and restore balance in our lives. I continue to bring in more of the energetic and mystical map of the 5rhythms, which is why I do the ancestor's work.
