Wishing everyone a beautiful Winter Solstice! As we welcome back the light, let yourself find time to look at the sky tonight and see the light within the darkness. Notice where you’d like to bring more light into your life and invite it in with the breath, a movement, an intention.

I look forward to this time because I see it as the hope ahead of us—a journey forward into glimpses of light, bringing the shimmering gleam of hope for ourselves, our loved ones, and the world.

As the Beatles said, “Here comes the sun…”

REMINDERS

If you haven’t had a chance to donate to Syzygy’s outreach work yet, our end-of-year giving campaign is still going on. Our work continues to bring hope in the form of dance to all.

The January 2023 Sweat Your Prayers class date was moved from our usual 2nd Saturday of the month to the 2nd Sunday, January 8th. These changes are to accommodate other events during the holiday season.

The classes and events showcased in the SDP ENews support our non-profit work,
especially with seniors and Veterans. If you’d like to know more,
