Formula Shortage for Infants with Allergies and Conditions 

Canada is currently experiencing a shortage of infant formulas for infants with food allergies and certain medical conditions. Regular infant formula is NOT affected. Since March 2022, the Ontario Ministry of Health has added over 10 metabolic formula products to the list of products reimbursed through the Inherited Metabolic Diseases (IMD) Program, to provide patients with alternatives during this shortage.

Who is most at risk, what can be done to prevent transmission, what care and support can be offered to people with monkeypox, and how can organizations communicate effectively without perpetuating stigma against marginalized communities?

This bilingual (English/French) information session from CATIE will include perspectives from clinicians, community-based service providers and public health workers. Simultaneous interpretation will be offered.


June 30 - Training and Education Hub to Address Sexual Health and Harm Reduction Stigma

Does your organization provide sexual health and harm reduction services? Expand you and your team's knowledge and skills to reduce stigma related to sexual health, substance use and sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections (STBBIs). During this webinar, you'll learn about what's new from the STBBI project including where and how to access free training resources and supports on their new online platform.
