A special update about the Bell Boulevard Redevelopment Project from the City of Cedar Park

When was the last time you visited?
Lots of new updates on DestinationBellBlvd.com

The City of Cedar Park has been hard at work on the Bell Boulevard Redevelopment Project.  Phase 1 infrastructure includes moving the portion of Bell Boulevard between Brushy Creek and Park Street to realign more closely to the railroad tracks, as well as reconfiguring the current six-way intersection at Bell, Buttercup Creek/Brushy Creek Boulevards and Old Highway 183.

The City is currently reviewing proposals from several engineering firms for the design work related to this portion of Phase 1 infrastructure of the project.  Once an engineer is hired this summer, more detailed design work will begin.  This design work is anticipated to take approximately 12-18 months.

The Bell Boulevard Redevelopment Project is a multi-phase, multi-year project but it's moving right along.  We’ll keep the community posted on our progress on our project website, www.DestinationBellBlvd.com.  Check it out today!
