We are thrilled to announce a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Baltimore City Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program(YHDP). This funding is part of a transformation grant awarded to the City by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to develop and implement comprehensive and innovative strategies to end homelessness among youth and young adults.
Grantees will implement projects that will advance the goals and aims of the Baltimore City Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program. Therefore, all projects must align with the vision, guiding principles, goals, objectives, and action steps of the Coordinated Community Plan (CCP) to Prevent and End Youth Homelessness in Baltimore City. Applicants are encouraged to fully review the CCP Draft and accompanying information carefully. Organizations that are not currently providing homeless services but are interested in joining the movement are strongly encouraged to apply.
Applications are due by 4 pm on May 29th, 2020 and should be submitted via to HSPApplications@baltimorecity.gov.Applications submitted after the published deadline will not be reviewed for funding.
