Annual Declarations Update!
2016 Documents Have Been Posted
All of the annual documentation has been sent to all of our organizations, so keep an eye on your incoming mail over the next week!
Once you receive your Declaration of Compliance, please fill it out and send it back to us via mail (#300, 10446 122nd Street, Edmonton, AB, T5N 1M3), email (email@example.com) or fax (1-780-425-4828).
The deadline for getting your Declarations and Annual Fees (where applicable) back to us is Monday May 2nd, 2016.
This year's package also includes a Plan for Compliance that organizations must fill out and send back to CAC by Thursday June 30th, 2016. If your organization is already accredited under the 2015 Standards, you can disregard this document.
If your package does not arrive by the end of next week, please let us know and we'll make sure you get new copies!
