Labrys Monthly Women's Health Support Circle | FREE

Hello <<First Name>>,

Bring your friends and family to this Free Monthly Women's Health Support Circle. Most of the practitioners at Labrys are usually present to address health issues each attendee brings up. It's a rare opportunity to receive tips and tools from different perspectives towards improving your health and wellness.

Space is limited. Last month we had 12 guests. So RSVPing is getting important to make sure we have enough space for all those who come. Please RSVP at to save seats for you and your guests.

The Holiday Season is coming...

It’s easy to get swept up in the holiday season. This combination of religious and national celebrations can help keep the cold winter away. But the activities and expectations that mark it can tax the body and strain the mind. We, at Labrys, wish you a healthy and happy holiday season, and offer you a few suggestions to take care of yourself as you celebrate.

Laura Knoff, our nutrition consultant, has published an article on how to manage your gastronomical experience at those parties and dinners you plan to attend this year.

Dr. Margaret have been worried about our spine, specially for those who have chronic back pain. Those long hours on flights, in the car - driving, standing on your feet cooking or entertaining, and even sitting for those long family conversations, escalates back pain. She has written an article on self-care for back pain.

Roke is on her yearly pilgrimage to India. She will be celebrating Durga Puja, the festival worshipping Goddess Durga, in her ancestral village in India. Here's a section of a photobook published by her cousin brother Chirodeep Chaudhuri, about Roke's Village and Durga Puja. The deeper meaning of Durga Puja, according to some sources, is about the victory over ten human flaws: *Ahankara* (Ego), *Amanavta (Cruelty), *Anyaaya* (Injustice), *Kama vasana* (Lust), *Krodha* (Anger), *Lobha* (Greed), *Mada* (Over Pride), *Matsarya* (Jealousy), *Moha* (Attachment), and *Swartha* (Selfishness). Hope we can all strive to shine.

We want to Listen to YOU!
So that we can serve you better.
