Dear Friend,

Few have sworn the oath to protect and serve our country, and donned a military uniform prepared to make the ultimate sacrifice for our country’s freedom and liberty. Thank you to all the veterans, past and present, who have served our country in the military. On this Veteran’s Day, we honor you. I’m proud to have first sworn the oath in 2004 and again in September of this year, to re-enlist in the Texas Army National Guard.
I firmly believe this country and state are worth fighting for. That we have a Constitution that has withstood time and kept our country free and prosperous. That we have brighter days ahead of us and have something inspiring to leave our children and their children. It’s a continuous pursuit to preserve liberty and the framework our country’s founding fathers intended. When good people step up and participate in this process, we preserve this state for future generations.

On that note, thank you for your vote and support during this election. We won with over 60% of the vote. Fanny, the kids, and I are honored to have your support and look forward to serving you again in the 88th legislative session where we will work to ensure Texas is the best state in the country to achieve the American Dream.
Republicans elected and re-elected have an opportunity to lead well and grow our party as we lead on the issues that matter most to Texans and Americans across the country. People want a government that does what it is supposed to, then gets out of the way. A government that keeps up with the growth of 1,000 people who move here every day in search of what Texas promises. The freedom and opportunity to pursue the American Dream. I plan to keep marching in that direction and I hope you will join us in the journey to build a safer and stronger Texas.
Thank you for your support!
