Womens Equality Day - The Female Quotient
A heartbeat moment can lead to a lifetime of impact. This month was filled with memorable experiences from chasing an eclipse to chasing equality. Here are some of this month’s heartbeat moments.
At the MPTF's Deal With It Conference I gave this advice: “There is always a yes, you just have to find it.”  Whether you're asking for a promotion or trying to raise venture capital, if you believe you can find a way around the status quo, you will. When purpose meets passion, we are unstoppable.
About 40% of women say they don't identify at all with the women they see in advertising. In an interview for The Drum, I shared, "Brands should really know their customers and customize their messaging to them. You can't treasure what you can't measure."
In our CMO Today series with Deloitte Digital, Debra Bass, Marketing Services President, Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies, expressed that she "feel[s] a be more courageous in our communications to challenge culture and government to change stereotypes.”
The #SeeHer Spotlighon Celebrity Page TV featured Lisa Borders, President of the WNBA, who brilliantly said, "Be authentic...don't worry about what others think—do YOU!"

Remember to own your strengths, be brave, and that there is always a solution—you just have to find it. Thank you for joining me on the road to equality.
