Ilios Project Status as of 6 January,  2020
Hello. And Happy New Year!

As we return to regular activity, and our students, faculty, and staff gear up for another year, I want to share a quick look back on what the Ilios community and core team have accomplished in the past 12 months. 

2019 was a busy year, with many wins, a few stumbles, a handful of surprises, and overall some tremendous growth and progress for the application and the platform. While a large portion of the year was dedicated to implementing Ilios Global Curriculum Search, the team also addressed a host of other needs and improvements. Some of these have been clear and easily identifiable; others are more hidden under the hood, but no less critical and important to providing an effective platform for you to do your work, and achieve your aims with your curricular data. With 134 code releases, including another LTI component released, work covered the entire spectrum of issues, from making student-facing tools more user-friendly, to simplifying administrative workflows, to improving the server systems to be more efficient, more secure, and more manageable and reliable.
