Hello again, and welcome to another Ilios release week! The latest update to Ilios is now live and available. This release, v3.85.0, contains a significant number of under the hood enhancements for performance, operability, and functionality, including an updated command for loading your 2021 MeSH thesaurus data.

API v1 ENDING: Just a reminder that any use of the v1 API for Ilios should be migrated by now to the current v3 API version. The v1 API will be shut down at the end of January, and schools leveraging the API for external applications must be updated by then.

MeSH 2021 IS HERE: The updated MeSH thesaurus for 2021 is now available for Ilios, including a host of new terms, COVID-19 / SARS-CoV-2 related items, and more. If you need assistance updating your MeSH universe, please let us know.

LTI DEPLOYMENT: You can now plug the Ilios events & calendar dashboard, as well as the course manager, directly into your LTI-compatible LMS pages (We're lookin' at you, Canvas/Moodle/Sakai/Brightspace!). How to Update Your Frontend:
The Ilios frontend is always up-to-date on our content-delivery servers at Amazon S3, but you will need to regularly run a console command on your backend instance in order ensure that your users are seeing the latest version and that they are getting all the latest features and bugfixes. To make sure you users are receiving the latest frontend code at all times, just follow the steps described here:
