November 1, 2021, Brookwood Place HOA Board held its Monthly Meeting at Thom Tomlinson's house. In attendance were 2021 Board members: Thom Tomlinson, Denise Fast, Michelle Kring, Ashley Shadel, Jan Kinney and Ron Davis.

Next Monthly Meeting
Our next meeting is our annual board meeting. It will be held December 13, 7:00, at the Shawnee Public Library, 13811 Johnson Dr., Shawnee, in the Large Meeting Room. We will review highlights from the last year and plans for the coming year. All residents are invited to attend.

The Bunko group is inviting residents to join, either as a regular member or as a sub. Bunko meets the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 7 pm. Please contact Denise Fast if you are considering joining this fun group!
We would like to restart the Book Club. If anyone is interested in heading up this group, please contact Demise Fast.

We are looking at putting in 2 Ring cameras at the pool for added security. We are also looking at putting in a new Wifi system. The new Wifi would allow Wifi access at the pool for our residents.

BWP Residents' children can advertise their services in the monthly newsletter free of charge. We will have a section with the child's name, contact info, and services offered (ie: mowing, babysitting, etc.) If a more extensive ad is wanted, a regular ad (see below) can be purchased. Our regular advertising will continue to be offered. If you have a business or service that you wish to advertise to our neighborhood, please consider using our newsletter as the advertising avenue. The BWP resident costs are quite low and will reach all of our BWP residents.
Payments should be made to "Brookwood Place Homes Association" and mailed to our address: PO Box 15372, Lenexa, KS 66285.
