On May 10th and 11th, Emma Gardiner will be teaching two webinars at the Health Leadership and Learning Network (HLLN) at York University, to the participants in HLLN’s Health Coach and Patient Navigator programs. The HLLN offers life long learning for health and social service staff and managers within the Faculty of Health at York University.

The webinars will focus on legal and ethical issues relevant to the practices of Health Coaches and Patient Navigators, touching a number of areas including professional regulation; ethics and communication; consent and capacity; confidentiality and privacy; and human rights.
