Watch our 8th and last PRE-ATLAS II Capacity Building Webinar on the Topic "Rules of Procedure," scheduled for May 29 2014 from 21:00 - 2200 UTC, jointly presented by Cheryl Langdon-Orr and Alan Greenberg.
The Rules of Procedure refers to the document which governs how the At-Large Advisory Committee (ALAC) operates. It describes:
- how the ALAC is structured and the various types of members in the ALAC.,
- ALAC's responsibilities
- how the ALAC conducts their meetings, makes decisions and its work methods,
- how the ALAC selects members for positions within the ALAC and to other groups inside and outside ICANN.
- the procedures for Making the Selection to fill Seat 15 on the ICANN Board.
