Bedminster Township Police Department: Public Information Release Report
 
Drug charges:
On April 15, 2014 the Bedminster Township Police Department charged Jeffery Homan of Greentown, Pa with possession of drug paraphernalia. The investigation began when police were called to the 200 block of Rolling Hills Road to investigate a drug overdose on October 31, 2013. Officers found Homan semi-conscious with evidence of heroin use.

Drug Charges:
On April 15, 2014 the Bedminster Township Police Department charged Nasah Johnson of Perkasie with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police investigated several traffic violations near the intersection of Rt. 113 and 313.

April 23rd, Drug Possession:
The Bedminster Township Police Department filed charges against Mark Williams of Ottsville for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after Williams was stopped while walking on Rt. 611. Williams was found in possession of a glass smoking pipe, marijuana and brownies containing marijuana.

April 23rd,Theft:
The Bedminster Township Police Department filed charges against Terri Rich of West Eerling, NJ for theft and related charges. The investigation began when a resident in the 80 block of Smith School Road hired Solar Window Treatments to tint several residential windows. An employee of the company, Terri Rice, took a bracelet from the resident which was later pawned in New Jersey.

DUI:
The Bedminster Township Police Department arrested Helen Glendenning of Bedminster Township for DUI on April 24th, 2014 at 0857 hours following a traffic accident at the intersection of Kellers Church Road and Creek Road.

Fraud:
The Bedminster Township Police Department is investigating a fraud that occurred to a resident on Scott Road. on 4/20/14 a resident received a Verizon bill and learned that four (4) new phone lines were added to their account without authorization.

Fraud:
The Bedminster Township Police Department is investigating the fraudulent use of a credit card from a resident on Wigton Circle. On 4/22/14 a resident called and reported that $200.00 was charged to their credit card in California, without authorization.

Fraud:
The Bedminster Township Police Department is investigating the fraudulent use of a credit card from a resident on Blue School Road. On 4/22/14 a resident called and reported that $227.37 was charged to their credit card for a Conservation Fund in Ottawa Canada without authorization.


Theft:
The Bedminster Township Police Department is investigating the theft of a heater and it's radiators from a residence in the 6400 block of Durham Road around 4/21/14. The loss was estimated to be $4,000.00.

Fraud:
The Bedminster Township Police Department is investigating a fraud that occurred to a resident on Saddlery Drive. On 4/22/14 a resident noticed their debit/credit card had been used to charge $120.97 at Kroger Supermarket in Mississippi without authorization.

Fraud:
The Bedminster Township Police Department is investigating a fraud that occurred to a resident on Ruhl Drive. On 4/23/14 a resident noticed their debit/credit card had been used to charge $421.20 at a store listed as Glendora in California without authorization.

Fraud:
The Bedminster Township Police Department is investigating a fraud that occurred to a resident on Scott Road. On 4/23/14 a resident noticed thair debit/credit card had been used to charge $305.13 from a Best Buy in California and $101.00 online charge from a Walmart in Oregon without authorization.

Fraud:
The Bedminster Township Police Department is investigating a fraud that occurred to a resident on Pipers Inn Drive. On 4/24/14 a resident noticed their debit/credit card had been used to charge $212.95 at a Walmart and Home Depot at an unknown location without authorization.

Attempted Fraud:
The Bedminster Township Police Department is investigating an attempted phone scam that occurred to a resident on Sweetbriar road. On 4/28/14 a resident received a phone call from a male claiming to be with the IRS and demanded to be paid $6,000.00.

Criminal Mischief:
The Bedminster Township Police Department is investigating criminal mischief to a business in the 6700 Old Easton Road. Sometime between Saturday night and Sunday morning, someone threw a rock through a window at Import 1 Motorsports.
