April 2014 Township Calendar:
All meetings are open to the public. Meetings are held in the meeting room at 3112 Bedminster Road unless otherwise stated. Agendas are available at www.bedminsterpa.com prior to the meeting.

Bedminster Township Police Department: Public Information Release Report
Attempted Theft of Vehicle:
On March 12, 2014 the Bedminster Township Police Department arrested George Cramer, no fixed address, for attempting to steal a vehicle from the 3600 block of Spruce Hill Road. The owner of the vehicle called police around 8:25am when he attempted to leave for work. As he attempted to start the vehicle he noticed that someone damaged the ignition. The owner also reported his wallet, cd's and chargers were taken sometime overnight. The investigation showed that the victim's credit card was attempted to be used at a service station on Route 611, where the suspect was ID through video. Cramer was arrested a short time later walking south on Rt. 611. Cramer admitted that he attempted to steal the vehicle to go to Ohio.
Burglary/Criminal Trespass:
On March 14, 2014 the Bedminster Township Police Department arrested Virginia Everett of Upper Black Eddy for burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief and harassment when she forced her way into a residence in the 1400 block of Mink Road and started shoving a resident when a third party intervened and notified police.
Summary of Incident: Stolen ATV:
The Bedminster Township Police Department is investigating the theft of an orange and black 250cc Yamaha Raptor ATV from a porch of a residence in the 2900 block of Ridge Road on March 27, 2014.
Criminal Tresspass:
The Bedminster Township Police Department is investigating the forcible entry into an unoccupied residence in the 100 block of Old Bethlehem Road. Minor damage was done inside the residence and graffiti was written on several walls, on March 28, 2014.
Real Estate Taxes are due by April 30th to receive discount. The Bedminster Township Tax Collecter will have the following office hours for April:

Saturday, April 19th and 26th, 9-11 am or by appointment
At 6 Hughes Lane:
1st Monday of the month, 5-7 pm or by appointment
Tuesday, April 22nd and 29th, 5-7 pm
Wednesday April 23rd and 30th 5-7 pm

State Rep. Marguerite Quinn's Document Shredding Event

Individuals are limited to four file boxes of paper. This event is for paper shredding only. Participants will have the opportunity to watch their paper being shredded on-site.

Basket Bingo

Doors open at 12:00, games start at 1:00pm. Only 75 tickets will be printed, $20 each. Themed baskets are not Longaberger Baskets. Ticket entitles bearer to one free piece of cake. Refreshments can be purchased. Tickets can be purchased at the Senior Center. 215-847-8178. Open Monday-Thursday, 10am to 3pm

Lottery Tickets
Eastern Upper Bucks Senior Center is selling lottery tickets starting April 3rd through June 19th.
$500, $200, and $100 winners will be drawn the last week on June 26th. Winning tickets will be put back in the barrel. Winners will be notified by phone or mail. 450 tickets printed, $10 each.
Tickets can be purchased at Eastern Upper Bucks Senior Center, Ottsville. 610-847-8178. Open Monday-Thursday 10am to 3pm.
