Resilience is the ability to bounce back following adversity, Laurence Gonzaless says it best, “We live on, but we also live with.” This training reviews specific skills that can foster resilience in children and looks at risk and protective factors that affect resilience. The training focuses on what adults can do to support resilience and help youth feel safe, capable and lovable.
