New Partners, New Opportunities
Parry Building Products has been busy networking at local and international events and is working with many new organisations, introducing Vanbrugh Construction, "your community builders". After Parry Building Products joined the local chamber of commerce in the West Midlands, our Sales Director mentioned the desire to work with a modular housing company.

Prefabricated ESP panels are a superior building system allowing people to erect wall panels in a day enabling unemployed and unskilled workers a job in the construction phase. With a 60+ year durability tested to hurricane conditions, we are delighted with the potential of these products for mass housing projects and commercial property development (Manufactured panels meet IS0 9001 and British & European building standards.). Mbvoni is very active in finding information on affordable housing opportunities and existing projects and we highly recommend working with them and joining there social media pages. We are very hopeful to establish a machine manufacturing facility in Africa very soon.

Social Development Partners (CIC)
A newly formed community interest company is working with Parry Building Products and its partners to focus on social infrastructure solutions in the areas of construction, agriculture, education, healthcare and water. In line with the 2020 sustainable development goals, SDP is seeking to find partners, projects and supporters in Africa to achieve its agenda of job creation and sustainable development, targetting the corporate social responsibility of large companies to give something back to the communities.

100% of company profits from SDP will be spent on community development projects, SDP is sourcing and providing unique products such as water purification machinery, eco-friendly brick products, stone crushing equipment, thermal medical blankets to name but a few. For  more please visit

Important new product development.
Parry Building Products for the last few years has been working on a new block development. The unique interlocking concrete block we are working on can build a 6-metre wall within a day, is thermally insulating, earthquake resistant and looks like a well-built brick wall when entirely constructed.

The benefits of this new technology are huge reducing dependency on skilled workers; the system will be earthquake resistant, allowing waste plastic products or cardboard to be used as insulation inside the cavities and with the fast construction and dry stacking block ability it will mean we can build quickly in any weather. With ground + 3 capabilities and fully adapted with our waffle technology we will now be able to produce quicker multi-storey and single storey structures that look better and are stronger.  We fully expect the new technology to be fully commercialised by the end of 2018.
