We believe that we are in a position to begin in-person gatherings on Sunday mornings (May 24th - June 14th) through an outdoor worship service at our regularly scheduled time of 10:15. An outdoor service will meet the most requirements possible during this phase of reopening the state. During this time, you will have three options to choose from while still getting to participate.

- You can continue to watch the service online from your home. We will continue pre-recording services for you so that we do not neglect our most at risk congregants during this season.

- Finally, you can bring a lawn chair and sit outside with your family amidst others. We will have chairs provided, but you will probably feel more comfortable in your own.
guidelines that the Center for Disease Control has published. Maintaining a safe social distance—primarily among those seated for the service—is paramount. So we are asking that, without any exceptions, everyone sit in family units, especially since we are not able to open up nurseries or children’s classes during this time.
Now more than ever, we find ourselves in a season when we must “esteem others better than” ourselves; so whatever your personal thoughts on our nation’s response, I admonish you to live by the standards of those most vulnerable during these gatherings. Please refrain from hugging and handshaking. Getting to fellowship and worship among other believers will be welcome enough.
As is the case with any outdoor event, we are at the mercy of the weather. In the unfortunate case of rain, a decision will be published by no later than 9am. Your assistance in getting the word out is vital. Please remain positive and flexible throughout this next season that our church is passing through. If I may amend a rich song of the faith, “To God be the glory great things He” will do!
