Picture here is Nancy Gall-Clayton (seated in black) with a cast if characters AND a photo of her play, Aphrodite in the ER. Here Aphrodite, about to give birth, has a universally surreal experience in the Emergency Room. Let's just say she feels misunderstood. In just 10 minutes, the audience laughs at the madcap premise and the true-to-life problem.
Shape & Flow is fortunate to have Nancy teaching at the writing studio again. Students will learn how to create drama through character, scene and dialogue. You'll have the option to invite workshop colleagues to perform your work aloud within the safety of the workshop space.
Soft-spoken introverts, and drama queens and kings, are invited to make a scene!
Four sessions begin Wednesday, March 30 at 6:30 PM
Shape & Flow, Studio 123, at Mellwood Arts Center
Cost: $100 per person
