Yard signs
Please revisit Snee Farm Community Foundation covenants

Dear Neighbors.
Please be aware our neighborhood covenants do not allow for yard signs (Article IX, Sec O: https://f7f042bb-5860-42c3-b385-6d9551ac4d2a.filesusr.com/ugd/4ae710_125ef8703b2248abac3b97f2f03d6148.pdf).
As we near Election Day, we know many campaigns place signs in the yards of their known supporters as a courtesy. However, as Snee Farm does not allow these types of yard signs, it's the responsibility of the resident/home owner to remove those signs as soon as possible.
