You should have received by mail a voting packet for
the upcoming meeting and election.
This packet includes:
Election Cover Letter with Instructions
Candidate Bios
Directed Proxy Form
Voting Ballot
Self-Address Stamped Envelope
The nominating committee has selected 5 great candidates to be on the ballot for the 4 open positions. In order to meet quorum, we need to receive 10% of the eligible member’s ballots/proxies. We encourage everyone to attend the meeting and cast a vote. Without a quorum, we will not be able to proceed with our meeting and communicate important information from us and our guest speakers.
Casting a Vote
The annual meeting packet provided a self-address stamped envelope that you could use to mail in your ballot/proxy. All mail-in ballots/proxies are due to CAMS by 5 PM on Monday Sept. 28th.
If you did not have a chance to return your ballot/proxy by mail, or wanted to vote in person, a representative will be upstairs at the Snee Farm Country Club between 3 PM and 6 PM on Tuesday, Sept. 29th. Again, it is important that your vote is received in order to conduct our meeting.
