Appropriate meeting decorum required
All Community Members will be muted upon joining the call
Attendance will be taken using the sign ins, please display your first and last night upon signing in
Non-members must identify themselves to the Board; attendance is subject to Board approval
The board meeting will be recorded to aid written recording of the minutes
Foundation members wanting to speak may do so during New Business
- Community Comments will be limited to 2 minutes
- We ask that you raise your hand or type in Zoom Chat to be recognized
- Communications Chair will unmute in the order seen and or call upon
- The meeting will immediately be shut down in the event of unauthorized conduct
