Soften the Tension.  Temper the Light.
Like a traveler on a train
we can put down our bags.
We can relax our grip
and trust in the unfolding of life.

Do not worry.
There is a web of life
into which we are born,
from which we can never fall.

                    -Martin Luther King Jr.
It is time to create space in which we might feel
safe enough and spacious enough
to relax the grip of tension that arises with this life.

Let's get friendly with our inner calm,
with our reverence,
and our devotion towards knowing
what truly lights us up and fuels our loving actions in the world.
Wild Honey Yoga

There are many thoughts that dissuade folks from stepping out of their comfort zone into a room full of other folks practicing yoga.  If you are new to the practice of yoga or new to me as a teacher and would like to taste a gentle, slow and friendly practice, I encourage you to commit to just one class and see how it feels for your body, mind and heart.  You will be with others who are new to the practice. We will talk a little about this ancient practice called yoga and we will move our bodies in and out of basic movements that are chosen for their accessibility.

Thursday - October 5th, 2017 from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. - $15
Thursday – January 11th, 2018 from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. - $15
Registration is Requested.

nourishing, intuitive, calming touch
offering respite for body and mind
My home practice continues to inspire and feed me on many levels.  I find myself fondly available to the sweet, aging, changing, subtle, vital, still playful body that longs for time to stretch, twist, decompress and take up some serious space!   It is a time to love and linger; listen and let go.  It is a time to discover connections internally and to integrate words from the ancients that sometimes pop with the kind of force one finds in a comic book, "POW."  The practice offers a most profound reminder of the delicious nature of my loving presence and urges me to live it.

I am committed to bringing this presence forward into the fullness of the school year - one that has both boys as well as my husband back in school!  As my family and I prepare for an early morning tomorrow,  I find myself contemplating creative clarity, gentle completion and the softness of ripe enjoyment.  It is my hope that we make room for this to become the rhythm...

You will notice a slight increase in price for both my yoga classes and bodywork rates.  I continue to be conscious of affordability while also asking for support for the work I offer.  If this increase has a negative impact on your ability to practice or receive, please contact me and inquire about a sliding scale to fit your needs.  I hope to be accessible and available to friends on the path or those who are longing to join us.

In Light and Love and Ripe Enjoyment,
Gina Greene
