We are grateful for all that you do!

It's time to THANK YOU!!!

With Thanksgiving Day just around the corner, we could not forget to THANK YOU for all that you do for your kids!

Thanksgiving is that special time to gather the family and celebrate yet another year of success while enjoying delicious food with your loved ones. It's also that time to take a few minutes to reflect on the good things and show your gratitude- whether it's by calling a friend, sending a card or gift to a loved one, or simply being thankful for all that you have.

But most importantly, Thanksgiving is a holiday in which we need to prepare our kids for, as this holiday can throw your child into sensory overload with all of the relatives in the house, decorations, and abundance of food. A social story about Thanksgiving Day is a great way to prepare our loved ones for this holiday. Here is a great Thanksgiving Social Story for your child that can be adapted to fit your family's needs.

Once again, we are grateful for all that you do and all that your child teaches us throughout the year.

From all of us at Heal the World, Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!

-Farewell!!! Four of our great therapists will no longer be with us. We wish Beatriz, Lany, Melanie, and Stephanie all the best in their future positions.

-Time change: Please keep in mind that ALL of our sessions end 10 minutes prior to their scheduled end time, so that the therapists have time to briefly discuss your child's session, collect data, as well as gather all of the materials neccesary for their next session, as we have back to back clients.

Lately, we have had a lot of late arrivals.
Failure to pick up your child at their scheduled time may result in a fee.
