Need Volunteers for Your Arbor Day Projects?

Alliance for Community Trees (ACTrees) and The Cellular Connection (TCC) are partnering to support local tree planting, care, and education events from April 1 – June 30, 2015. As a member of The Alliance for Community Trees, the New York State Urban Forestry Council is connecting employees of The Cellular Connection (TCC) with our Council members who can use volunteers for their Arbor Day projects.

If you want to participate in this member benefit, please contact our Executive Secretary Liana Gooding or me and we will facilitate getting the volunteers to your project. The only requirement is that you have a TCC office relatively nearby. If you go to the TCC website it is easy to find where they are in New York State or adjacent states if you are near a border.

My favorite holiday of the year is rapidly approaching so let me be the first to say, Happy Arbor Day! —Andy Hillman, Andrew.Hillman@Davey.com
