February 5th and training update
Hello! We will have a training ride on Sunday from 12:00 until 2:00. Location TBD depending on weather. I will update on Friday evening or Saturday afternoon with a location for Sunday. The plan is to be completed by 2 PM so those that are interested can be ready for the Super Bowl.
Just a general update regarding training. We will start team weekday workouts on Monday February 27th. Athletes are expected to be in good shape for these workouts. I recommend completing at least 3 "activities" a week that get the heart rate up and build fitness.
