Good Afternoon!


I (Wendy) live with adult ADHD. I know firsthand about the struggles that this disorder can bring and how chaotic it can make life situations that are already stressful. Constant wandering thoughts and nonstop distractions can make even the most headstrong of adults, like me, feel overwhelmed.
 
Yes, just like the other 10 million adults in America dealing with ADHD, I struggle to concentrate, keep track of time, and get myself back on track when I get distracted from my tasks. Even the quickest glance at my mobile phone can send me down a rabbit hole of distractions.


But it doesn't have to be this way. There are ways to help us overcome the effects of these distractions.
