Can you believe we only have nine days left in 2016? I'm not sure where the year went, but I am looking forward to 2017!

This week we are gearing up for the New Year. Have you already started with New Year resolutions or are the promises you made to yourself last year still waiting to be fulfilled?

It's that time of year when we resolve to change those things that we aren't happy about...like losing weight, working out or eating healthier. Or what about saving more money or kicking that smoking habit?

You might have good intentions, but then you get a few weeks into the new year and your dedication starts to waiver and the next thing you know... your resolution is a thing of the past.
