I love Thanksgiving…the amazing food, time with family and friends. What’s not to love? Well for many people the holidays can bring about stress when dealing with strained family relationships.
As much as we love our family, coming together for a holiday isn’t always the picture perfect holiday. There can be many causes for the stress and un-comfortableness, but there are some ways to ease and or even prevent the tension during your holiday gatherings.
