You might not know this…but November 13th is ‘World Kindness Day.’
Doing something kind for another person without expecting anything in return feels really good. Think about how you felt when someone showed kindness toward you.
Making someone feel better or making someone smile makes me feel amazing inside. But don’t forget about you. Show some kindness to yourself as well. Do something that makes you feel good about yourself – and make it a habit, not just an occasional moment.
