Good Morning;

If you've ever lived up North or any other region that experiences cold weather, you know what we mean when we talk about winter blues. And even though we don't deal with snow and extreme temperatures here in Florida, we do deal with the dark nights.

If you get up in the morning and head to work in the dark and by the time you get out of work and head home it's dark...you totally understand how our moods can change during the winter.

You might experience depression or lack of energy during the week when you lack sunshine and outdoor time. But don't fret, it's only temporary and you'll be back in the sunshine come spring time. However, until that time comes, here are a few tips to help you improve your winter mood!
