Are you fearless? If so, well, WOW! But that’s a pretty tall order and I have a feeling that you wrestle with fear sometimes, even if you aren’t always aware of it or perhaps don’t want to admit it.
Fear is a healthy human emotion. It’s what keeps us from standing too close to a ledge, makes us wary of snakes and wear sunblock so we don’t get skin cancer (or wrinkles).
But what happens when fear moves beyond healthy to an all-consuming element in your life especially when there is no real danger? We’d say that those are unhealthy fears or anxiety.
