Good Morning!

Do your children spend an absorbent amount of time in front of the TV, playing video games or surfing Facebook? You’re not alone and many parents are asking how all this exposure might be affecting their children.
The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recently changed their guidelines on how much time kids and teens should spend on digital media.
Setting limits on digital usage can be tough for parents, so I wanted to share the AAP Guidelines with you this week to help give you some insight on how to set some limits on screen time with your family.
Not all exposure is negative. Many forms of digital media promote creativity and are interactive. And now even our schools are using online software. Take a look at our blog post this week -
Screening Our Kids: Going About Limiting Too Much Exposure to Media.
