Episode 1: Bang Bang Pie & Biscuits

Tune into the first episode of #FoodseumFilms, our new video series that tells the story of Chicago's food scene and the people behind it.

Our premiere video features Foodseum friend Michael Ciapciak of Bang Bang Pie & Biscuits. Bang Bang's "Midwestern croissants" and seasonal pies have gained a cult following throughout the city, and their charming shop and patio is a Logan Square staple.  

We're incredibly excited to have a talented team of Video Journalism Interns creating the #FoodseumFilms series under the direction of three-time Emmy award winning TV producer and travel journalist Lisa Lubin. Check out their first video now!

Foodseum is participating in Hot Dog Fest and we're looking for a crew of volunteers to help us make our booth great. Sign up now for a three-hour shift between 10 AM and 10 PM on Friday, August 7; Saturday August 8; or Sunday, August 9 in Lincoln Park.
