The second episode of #FoodseumFilms is here! If you haven't heard about Foodseum Films yet, it's our new video series that tells the story of Chicago's food sceneand the people behind it.

As we gear up for the soon-to-be-announced opening of our first exhibit, 
The Hot Dog and Encased Meat of the World, it was only appropriate that we spend time with someone who's innovating the wondrous world of encased meats by adding...wait for it...BACON.

Hot Dog Fest 2015

We had so much fun sharing the Foodseum love last weekend at the Chicago History Museum's Hot Dog Fest. We couldn't have done it without help from almost 100 volunteers who dedicated their weekend to making our booth great.

After meeting thousands of food lovers, we're getting even more excited to announce the location of our first exhibit, The Hot Dog and Encased Meat of the World. It will happen soon so be sure to keep reading our newsletter for the latest updates.
