Foodseum is Popping Up at Block 37


IN JUST 30 DAYS!

We can't believe we finally get to announce the best news ever: our first pop-up exhibit, The Hot Dog and Encased Meat of the World, has a home! We're popping up at Block 37 in the Loop on September 19!

You're building a museum in 30 days, you ask? That's right. And we couldn't be more excited. The Foodseum team will be working around the clock in preparation for the grand opening on Saturday, September 19. Here's a sneak peek of a rendering of the second floor space. 



We couldn't have done this without all of your help and support since the launch of our Kickstarter. Now we can finally #buildfoodseum and we can't wait to show you the final product. Stay turned for more details on the grand opening festivities.

Million Dollar Dinner Series #2
The Million Dollar Dinners are a series of fundraisers honoring one of Chicago's most acclaimed and beloved chefs: Chef Charlie Trotter.

With several dinners planned in August, Chef Trotter's old and new friends will come together to pay tribute and raise funds (of which 100% are donated) to build a bust or statue of the Founding Chef of Chicago Cuisine.

Million Dollar Dinner Series #3

The Third Million Dollar Dinner Series in honor of Chef Charlie Trotter will be held Monday, August 24 at Cyrano's Farm Kitchen.

Charlie's friends, new and old, are invited to be a part of this celebration of good food, wonderful wines, and hilarious stories. It's a unique way to say, "Thank you, Charlie, for all you have done for Chicago and the culinary world."
