Cook Time: 30-45 Minutes

What You Need:

 - 1 Package of Everythingnice Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
 - 1 Cup of Melted Butter
 - 6 Cups of Chopped Mixed Fruit (we used strawberries and apples)

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Combine Everythingnice Oatmeal Raisin Cookie mix with melted butter.
3. Place chopped fruit into a 9 by 12 baking dish.
4. Top with cookie mixture.
5. Bake at 350 F for 30 to 45 minutes. (Insert a knife into the fruit to see if it has reached the desired consistency).

Serves 6-8.

You can use any combination of fresh fruit: some favorites are peach, mixed berries, strawberry & rhubarb or strawberry & apple.

Harvest Crisp can be prepared the night before and baked later.
