1. Drain chickpeas and mash with a fork.
2. Add avocado, Everythingnice Guacamole & Salsa Mix and juice of one lime.
3. Mash together.
4. Spread on sliced bread.
5. Top with mixed greens or arugula and fresh cracked pepper.
Makes 4 sandwiches.
Note: This is also a great salad served over a bed of greens.
Alternative: Use white beans instead of chickpeas.
