Fill the Boot!
The PTO, in collaboration with GlobalGiving (and the Australian Red Cross) and the Denver Zoo (partnered with Zoos Victoria), is planning a fundraiser to help with fire disaster and relief efforts in Australia.  Students made posters in their classes with firefighters from the Hygiene Fire Department.  We will be hosting the fundraiser on Saturday, January 25th from 9 am to 1 pm at the corner of 75th and Hygiene, next to the fire department (students will be able to sit on fire trucks with the posters they made on both sides of 75th while firefighters collect money at the intersection).  Interested in signing up?  Click here!

We would like to give an EXTRA SPECIAL THANK YOU to Ron's Printing for donating the hard copy fliers we are using for this event!

SVVSD Education Foundation Tribute to Teachers
Thank you for your support of the students and teachers in the St. Vrain Valley community.  One of our favorite events of the year is the Tribute to Teachers award celebration sponsored by the Education Foundation for the St. Vrain Valley.  We love it because it recognizes and honors our outstanding teachers for their excellence in teaching.

Please help by nominating a teacher who you believe exemplifies excellence for a Teacher of the Year Award.  Visit the Education Foundation for the St. Vrain Valley's website at https://www.efsvv.org/programs/tribute-to-teachers/ for the nomination form.  The deadline for nominations is Wednesday, February 5, 2020.

Thank you so much!
