Activities aimed at businesses during COVID-19 - WE CAN DO IT!
Yes, we are struck by restrictions and limitations everywhere we go, but we still have a lot of opportunities. Strong constructive collaborations through many years, can carry on through digital solutions as well as physical activities, when taking the current situation into consideration. We want to continue to conduct business and meeting new business relations. Businesses have a great need for being able to see the positive development, and to feel progress in their specific business areas.

Businesses still have a large interest in seeking for new knowledge and relations on the arctic markets. We are still looking outwards and now have the time to look closer into new partnerships. We have held a dialogue meeting on the Icelandic market. It became clear to us that we miss networking and participating in new places where we can obtain inspiration and new knowledge.

Some of the activities that we plan are continously cancelled - but the planning is not. The value you gain in the cooperation and development of a product, or actvitiy, does not disappear, and we need to be aware of this. It is possible to create value from the process itself, but reaching the end-goal is still the main priority. This is why we still aim to reach for the full value creation when we, for example, contribute to planning the delegation which Arctic Business Network is arranging in October 2020.

I am certainly not a discouraged director. I would rather be creative and full of energy.

We have to create the best possible results under current conditions, and I look forward to the activities which are ahead of us - WE CAN DO IT!
