11 Day Intensive Acting for the Camera Program
CAMP HOLLYWOOD is a unique opportunity for young actors to learn their craft in a realistic environment. It has turned out scores of successful actors who have gone on to do everything from star in Nickelodeon and Disney sitcoms to star in major motion pictures, Network TV and even Broadway shows. Camp Hollywood provides the most realistic on-set experience outside of a big Hollywood production, and prepares actors for everything from the audition, to role prep, to shoot day and beyond.

This year promises to be the most exciting camp yet, with an experience designed to give both young aspiring actors and their families the tools, knowledge, and exposure they need to help launch or further their careers and hone their craft.
The curriculum is specifically designed to help young actors prepare for their first big job on set, from nailing the table read, to implementing direction from one-on-one coaching and rehearsals, to delivering powerful performances during the filming of their movies.

We also help parents prepare for what’s ahead through parent educational seminars, workshops and other experiences especially to help parents understand their role, potential pitfalls and the business in general. We also offer additional casting director and other workshops and experiences for campers only.

Camp includes the traditional table read, rehearsals and learning about role prep and pre-production. The final day of camp includes a red-carpet screening of our camp movies at the Charles Chaplin screening room at Raleigh Studios in Hollywood. Campers will be provided extra seats for family members and we will also invite our industry friends to join us and, since July 4th falls during Camp this year, we will be having a BBQ to celebrate.
All classes and activities will take place on the campus of a lovely and secure school where we will have exclusive access to a private campus with several classrooms, a cafeteria, a gymnasium and outdoor picnic area.

Our On-Camera Acting Intensive Program focuses on everything you need to deliver a memorable performance for the camera. Subjects include:
