Our monthly Black Austin Democrats General Body Meeting has been cancelled for today. Instead, please join us at an event hosted by the Travis County Democratic Party for a "Stronger Together Community Gathering" from 6:00-8:30PM at the Coordinated Office at 1500 East 4th Street.
TCDP Chair, Vincent Harding, wrote, "This will be a place where you can air your feelings, talk to other Democrats, communicate with our local elected officials, and learn how you can help within the community during a Trump presidency. We will be joined by County Judge Sarah Eckhardt, Mayor Steve Adler, Council Members Greg Casar and Leslie Pool, County Commissioner Brigid Shea, County Commissioner Elect Jeff Travillion, AISD Board President Kendall Pace, and more."
