Judicial Complaint Project

We are writing to you with a rare opportunity to be part of a project to expose the misconduct of multi-million dollar publicly funded and empowered vital court offices such as the Attorney Disciplinary Committees and the Commissions on Judicial Misconduct. There is overwhelming evidence that these purported watchdog offices are run politically to target and/or protect select attorneys and judges. If these offices are compromised the entire court system, including the family court system, is left vulnerable and susceptible to networks of criminal actors, both small and large, carrying out unlawful agendas without consequence to the detriment of the public and the administration of justice.
If you ever filed a complaint with the Attorney Disciplinary Committee and/or the Commission on Judicial Conduct, you can be part of this project.
Susan Settenbrino, author of Unchecked Power Guide: The New York State Court System: A Look at Entrenched Power, Politics, and Over $2 Billion of New York State Funding – Compromising Justice – for ‘Just Us’, lawyer, judicial ethics expert, and speaker at the Family Law Reform Conference, is seeking information about any attorney and/or judicial complaints that were filed and their outcomes. Please email her at
The Disciplinary Committees and Commissions on Judicial Conduct were created and funded solely to uphold the integrity of the courts by preventing, respectively, both attorney and judicial misconduct. Please help Susan Settenbrino demonstrate that they are not functioning the way they were intended.
Many thanks,
The Divorce Corp Team
