Our friends at Bernacki Family Practice and Wellness Center and Wellness Center came in as a late sponsor due to the postal service.
Hi <<First Name>>,
It's been just about one week from our sale and we have some survey results in...
The organizers did at outstanding job in a very short time period!!! Kudos to you all!! Community events like this bring everyone together. I got the opportunity to meet new neighbors.

Could not get to all of them. Too spread out to walk to all.
Worries about rain!
Holding it on the day of the Pitt vs. Pen State game was not a great choice of dates.
We want to throw them an additional thank you for their support.
When we say that we couldn't do this event without our sponsors it's 150% true. That's why we continue to thank them so often. This event cost over $500 to make happen. That's not a cost volunteers should have to front. When Pam and I (Will) started planning the number of costs to run this event were evident very quickly. We were already too far in to back out and we both REALLY wanted to accomplish this for the neighborhood.
That's where our story takes a true turn. Pam got in contact with the owners of Staghorn Cafe. We were both very excited to make this step as our first meeting was at Staghorn Cafe. Staghorn stepped up in a big way to really give us confidence. Not long after Corey O'Connor's office expressed support followed by Greenfield Jewelers and Greenfield Community Association.
Truth be told we are waiting on payment from two sponsors. That's why it's so critical of the businesses that did come through right away and why it's so frustrating when we make multiple attempts to ask for a simple sponsorship and come up empty-handed. Earlier in our planning frustration, we intentionally made this low sponsorship tier and the dollar amount in hopes of showcasing many of our neighborhood businesses.
