Hello AA members of District 16/LSG. District 2 of North Florida Al-Anon is holding a workshop on our pamphlet Alcoholism, "A Merry Go Round Named Denial." You are cordially invited and encouraged to bring your family and friends that may suffer from the devastating effects of the family disease of Alcoholism. Yes... family members suffer too. We may not realize nor recognize how the disease has distorted our thinking, nor understand how unkind and unloving our actions may have been. There is help and hope. If you would like to learn more about the Al-Anon program, or introduce a family member to this fellowship, please consider attending our workshop. There will be break out groups on denial and detaching with love. There will be a 50/50 raffle. If anyone is interested in greeting newcomers who are actually interested in AA, please contact Ralph or Mark.
