This fall, The Knowledge House las launched a public fundraiser, the Fellowship Campaign, to raise $500,000 to fund 100 aspiring Black and Brown technologists from the Bronx on their journey to economic independence. Since the pandemic, applications for the Innovation Fellowship have increased by 200%, while unemployment has risen to 25% in the Bronx, the borough hit the hardest by COVID-19. In response, The Knowledge House has expanded our digital training program and enhanced our support services for students to include cash assistance, laptops and internet access.
By making a contribution today, you can give a young person from the Bronx the opportunity to pursue a meaningful and rewarding career that will change the course of their life forever. Your gift supports our fellows so they can persist through our 12-month program and on to graduation while supporting themselves and their families through the pandemic.
