The PTO welcomes all students to attend the Clubs and Activities Fair on Thursday, Sept. 26. Students will attend the fair during their long advisory period. There are over 40 different clubs, activities, and sports available for students to be involved in at CHMS. Come get information on all of the wonderful club and activities offered by talking to the teacher supervisors and students in the club. Be sure to ask your child about what club and/or activity they are interested in joining this year at CHMS.
Dear CHMS parents/guardians,
In an effort to be environmentally friendly and increase efficiency, we will be collecting electronic signatures for acknowledgment of the 2019-20 Student Handbook and have posted the handbook online. The handbook is available for review at the link below.
The required sign-off form is available in your Skyward portal click HERE. To access: click on the Online Forms tab and then select “CHMS Student Handbook Form.” A copy of these instructions are attached below.
The due date for signing this form is Friday, Sept. 27. Please note that parents and students will need to sign off on receiving the handbook. Students will be provided the opportunity to login to Skyward and sign the form at some point this week. Some teachers may have already collected a signature on paper, unaware of this move to an online system. We apologize for any inconvenience but the online signature will still be the expectation from all students and parents.
