Members Update

We have been delighted to be able to welcome back members to the club for tennis and rowing today! Many thanks to everyone for their co-operation and understanding as we all get used to the new way of operating.  

As we have a minimal staff at the moment the phones are not in operation. 

Any enquirers with regards to new or existing memberships, bookings, cards or Smart Club access should be directed to and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  

If you have any questions or concerns about the club operations in general during this period please contact the Honorary Manager -   

Membership Cards - Important

Please note that due to the contact tracing guidelines access to the club will only be possible with your membership card.  

In order to access the club you will need to either: 
  1. Have your membership card with you when you arrive or
  2. Have completed an order online for a replacement membership card
If you have lost your card a new card can be ordered online via the Smart Club Cloud at a cost of £5:
  1. Log into your Smart Club Account
  2. Click "Events" 
  3. Select "Replacement Membership Card" and click Add to Cart
  4. Click on "Shopping Cart" and complete the checkout process to pay the £5 fee
  5. Your card will be available to collect within 3 - 4 days (if you have a booking before this you will be able to use the booking as long as the replacement card has been ordered)
If you forget your card you will not be permitted access to the club.  We hope everyone understands the reasons for this in the current situation and many thanks for the co-operation.  

Court Booking

Unfortunately as many will be aware there were some problems this morning with the tennis court bookings due to the high demand.  This has been resolved and the booking system is working as normal.  From 8.45am tomorrow bookings will open for Sunday as we are operating on a 3 day booking window rather than 7 days for the meantime.  We will update again when this is changing back to the usual 7 days. 

It is also important to ensure that you select the correct opponent (or opponents in the case of doubles with members of your own household) when booking.  Please do not select another member or any of the staff or coaches names as this will lead to delays coming into the club.  If your opponent changes for any reason after booking this can be updated on the "Upcoming Bookings" window at the top right of the booking screen. 

If you have forgotten your password to log into Smart Club please use the "Forgot Password" link below the login box, enter your username and a reset password e-mail will be sent automatically - please check your junk or spam mail folder.
