Growin' Up Whiskey

We're happy with the quality of our white whiskey.  It's smooth and malty, and it has the simple, unrefined aspect of a white whiskey.  We just can't stop there! Practically every whisky buff in the area has asked us, "When will you be offering an aged product?" And... it's time.  The latest batch of Beat 3 marks the start of our aging program.  Will it take 2 years? Nope. Using our filtering process and small barrels we'll be able to offer some seriously good aged spirits in a few months.  And this Saturday (April 19th) we're having an Open House to allow people to taste, and even purchase, a potential new product. Code named "Amber", this will be our Beat 3 product with just a hint of the barrel vanilla and caramel notes, and just a hint of color. Want to experience a whiskey as it grows up? Just a Martini, please

Serious gin drinkers know that not all gins are suitable for martinis. If you haven't tried batch 3 of our gin, you need to. We've dialed-in the botanicals to the point that you can use it to make one of the best Martinis you've ever had.  Keep it simple and enjoy the gin flavor:

2 1/2 oz. Djinn Spirits Gin (Batch 3)
1/2 oz. Vermouth (try Dolin or Noilly Prat)

Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with a skewered olive.  Share slowly with a friend.

Distillery News

A Limited batch run of whiskey will be available at the Open House April 19th  It's the day before Easter and we're sneaking in an Open House 10:00 till 5:00.  We're really excited about this potential offering, but we need tasters to tell us if it's a keeper!  Drop by and lay it out for us.  We can take it.

Note - we'll be closed Easter Sunday.
